Peccotrade is the data controller for personal data processed through peccotrade.com. We're based in France, and this policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: privacy@peccotrade.com.

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run Peccotrade, each only accessing what they need to do their job:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your trading data with other clients — every account's journal is private and isolated. The specific providers we use are available on request by emailing privacy@peccotrade.com.
Your data may be processed or stored outside your home country by the providers listed above. Where that involves a transfer outside the EU/EEA, our providers rely on their own GDPR-compliant safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see your rights below).
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email privacy@peccotrade.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), connections to our database are encrypted, and access to client data is restricted by account role. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
We use your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to keep you signed in between visits. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Peccotrade is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before the changes take effect.
