1. Who we are

Peccotrade ("we") operates the Peccotrade trade journaling and analytics service available at peccotrade.com (the "Service"). Peccotrade is operated by [Your Legal Business Name — auto-entrepreneur/company name once registered], SIRET [pending], based in France. Contact: legal@peccotrade.com.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

Peccotrade automatically records trades from your MetaTrader 4/5 accounts and provides analytics, discipline scoring, and related tools to help you review your own trading history.

Peccotrade is not a broker, does not hold or move your funds, does not execute trades, and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading carries a real risk of financial loss, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance shown in the Service (including on the leaderboard) is not indicative of future results.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at the contact above if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Access to the dashboard requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others in a way that circumvents per-account billing; attempt to access another client's data; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if your subscription lapses, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peccotrade is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before the changes take effect.
